Night and day... Watch out for cybernautes and other unidentified singing objects.
And at night, when the cats are all... Bourges' bistrots put out their mouse traps...

Other than a quick shuffling through comic books in stores, we don't get many other occasions to discover the works of comics designers. Le Printemps de Bourges gives us a chance to make up our loss with this exhibition showing the best works from the 24th edition of the International Festival of Comic Books of Angoulême. Color plates, copies of covers, biographies and bibliographies are expected... A beautiful exhibition with frames showing original works such as: "Journal N 1" (Neaud),"Qui a tué l'idiot?" (Dumontheil), "La saison des anguilles" (Bailly-Lapière), "Les ailes de plomb" (Barral-Gibelin), "Remue-ménage" (Sommer) and "Fée et tendres automates" (Tillier-Tehy).
This takes place at La Maison de la Culture on the first floor. It will be open for those who go to Les Découvertes as early as 11:30am, and for everybody else, from 7pm to 1am.
For this photographer from the Zebre Agency (a bunch of weirdos who relentlessly work on the portraits of 'garden dwarfs'), it was clear that some pictures had to be taken of the techno universe. The intense collaboration that started with the unavoidable CODa magazine allowed Pierre-Emmanuel Rastoin to cast a glance at this now confirmed music movement. Flashes of ambiances, unusual lightings and portraits of DJs.
More information at the Reception.
Photographer Muriel Delepont and painter Karine Petite would like you to go through this crazy experimental creation of organic vision of sound. A rough universe.
It takes place at the Village Pro, Espace Reception (for professionals only).
Le Magic Mirrors - the one every festival copied afterwards - goes on indulging in its "Péchés de Chère" inaugurated in 1992. At night: some meals, exotic of course, and matching music atmospheres, from Cuba to Central Europe, through Ireland and Portugal.
Midnight, Magic Club is a place for professionals to meet for a drink and listen to lively musics. Urban Exploration party, Andy J. Forest Blues Band; Akabu, Candie Kane and Yuri Buenaventura.
